Create a Home Gym...

Important message: I workout with the Max pro (for bench press and as a cable machine with door mount), Power Blocks and Bowflex Select-tech dumbbells (with dumbbell bar attachment), triceps bar and pull up/dip/leg raise tower. Use the MaxPro bench and door mount and "The Rack" to hold my bar up (for bench press).  

My exercises are BENCH PRESS, ARM CURL, SHOULDER PRESS, BENT OVER ROW, TRICEP PRESS, LEG LIFT, LYING WEIGHT EXTENTION (
FOR ABS) AND SQUATS.  I workout at least twice a week  (with at least one day of rest between workouts).  Also use my grip machine once or twice a week.  Hope this helps.  God bless us all!!

To complete your gym: I suggest (your favorite) elliptical (simulated bike ride w/out the seat) and a treadmill (simulated walk in the park).
